Asuncion | Maria Angelina Guitierez, a 56-year old woman from Paraguay, went on Paraguayan National television last night and told reporters she is the daughter of Adolf Hitler.

Miss Guitierez stated on Sistema Nacional de Televisión (SNT) that her father fled to Paraguay at the end of the war and had an affair with her mother, Joselita Juarez Guitierez, before disappearing once again into hiding.

The woman who is suffering from a rare form of cancer says she felt the need to reveal her secret to the world before she dies, as her condition has been deemed incurable by her doctors.

The retired nurse says she kept the secret for so long because her mother had sworn her to secrecy, until her death last april.

“My mother always spoke kindly of my father, but she knew that it would bring us problems if it was known that Adolf Hitler was my father. She only told me the truth a few years ago, but I dismissed the story at first before I started asking other family members and did some research” she told reporters during the 35 minute interview.

If the story of Miss Guitierez is hard to swallow for some, more and more experts believe Adolf Hitler didn’t commit suicide on April 30, 1945, in his Führerbunker in Berlin but instead fled to South America were he and many other Nazi leaders resumed different identities.

Recent 2014 declassified FBI documents also reveal J.Edgar Hoover admittedly had information about Adolf Hitler fleeing to South America

Another interesting fact is that until his death in 1953, Joseph Stalin never believed Adolf Hitler had committed suicide, but instead admitted publicly that he was certain that he had fled and was still alive. He also believed the US Government had arranged this in exchange of strategic information.

The remains of Adolf Hitler were also tested in 2009 by an independent team of forensic pathologists for a National Geographic TV special.

Samples of the skull were DNA-tested at the University of Connecticut and declared to be the remains of Hermann Lündeft, a well known Hitler look-alike, giving further credence to the theory that Adolf Hitler fled with many other Nazi leaders to South America near the end of the war.
